Let’s talk blazers. You all know I am obsessed with them! I’ve talked about blazers here on Retro Flame many times. Why? Because they are simply timeless! I believe everyone should have a selection of them in their wardrobe. They are pieces you wear over & over again. Whether for going to work or going out, the options are endless. You can style them so many different ways and they always make an outfit look chic. That’s why today I am showing my favourite 20 blazers online at the moment. These are all ones that I think you could dress up or dress down and as I mentioned get SO much wear out of. This post also marks the beginning of a new little series here on Retro Flame called ‘The Retro Edit’. I recently picked your brains on Instagram stories using the new poll feature (which I love!) and so many of you wanted to see a post solely on blazers. So, it got me thinking and I thought it would be a good idea to start a series where I focus on one specific item only. Whether it be short dresses, turtle necks, sunglasses etc. I think it should be a fun one! But for now, back to blazers…
As I mentioned in my ‘4 Big Trends To Look Out For This Autumn‘ post a few months ago, tailored suits are big this season. Therefore, a lot of the stores are stocking more structured blazers which I really love. This style from Mango is stunning and also on trend with the check print. Speaking of trends, I also love this red option. In Monday’s post I talk about how it’s a colour I would never usually wear but this season I can’t help myself. But if you are not one to follow the trends and would rather invest in some basics, I have you covered too. This black style from boohoo would be so handy to have in your wardrobe. I also love this nude longline version from Missguided!
Let me know in the comments below what your favourite one is and how you would style it? Also, I’d love to hear you thoughts on the new series and what items you would like to see. Feel free to snap me (@retroflame1) or send me a pm on Instagram (@retroflame).
