If you follow along on Snapchat (retroflame1) or Instagram (@retroflame) you will have seen me wear this  blue sweater from Bar III, while my parents were visiting and I can definitely say it’s a new favorite in my wardrobe. So much so that I also got in in black! Spring is starting to show it’s face here in New York (finally) and with it comes lighter layers. Knitwear is my absolute favorite and this particular style is so simple & easy to wear. It’s the type of sweater than can be styled into so many different outfits and so I wanted to show you 3 ways to style Knitwear for Spring.

Look 1: Bar III Blue Sweater // Suede Leggings // Black Boots

Firstly, I paired it with some suede leggings and flat black boots. This is a very typical me outfit and perfect for when I’m on the go here in NYC, but still want to look put together. Effortless but still very stylish!

Look 2: Bar III Blue Sweater // Black Cropped Pants // Black Heels

It’s a sweater which can also definitely be dressed up! My second look is the ideal workwear outfit or also 100% suitable for dinner/drinks with friends. The cropped pants and classic black heels definitely add a little chic!

Look 3: Bar III Blue Sweater // Leggings // White Sneakers

I love wearing this type of baby blue colour with black & white, and so for the final look I styled it with these leather-look leggings (which are such a nice fit) and these super-cool white trainers. This has been one of my go-to looks lately and is one I love to wear on the weekends.

The longer I’m living in New York, the more I’m learning about the importance of investing into items which give you endless outfit opportunities. Hope this gave you some ideas!
