“Whatever you do, always start out with black and white and then consider colours.”

I don’t know what it is about black and white, but there’s something about this combination of colours that always makes me feel as if my outfit is on the right track. I love the quote above as it really is very true. Any outfit that begins with a little black and/or white will never leave you down. I just adore this black and white knit jumper I got from Boohoo. I love that it’s a little slouchy and oversized. When it comes to jeans shopping, it’s something I usually avoid, but I was pleasantly surprised when I came across these light denim ones with ripped knees last week in Zara. Very slouchly boyfriend jeans just don’t seems to suit my shape, so these more fitted ones are just perfect. I’ve been living in them ever since I found them! In case you’re on the search for some too, I just saw a very similar pair here on Asos (which are even a little cheaper).

I met with Julia from Wonderfulife Productions this morning to take these photos and I am just so thrilled with how they turned out. We always have so much fun when we shoot together. As my outfit was very simple (and mainly black & white) I just loved shooting against these graffiti & burgundy walls here in Galway. I guess it was a way for me to add a little colour to my look :)

Hope you’ve all been having a lovely week!

Stylishly Yours,

Erika x
