“The reason why people give up so fast is because they tend to look at how far they still have to go,
instead of how far they have gotten.”
I found the above quote this morning on Pinterest and just really liked it. Often, we are all our own biggest critics. Whether it’s in relation to exams, fitness, careers-paths, etc. we sometimes tend to dwell on the million & one tasks ahead, instead of celebrating the fantastic progress we’ve made already. I’m a big believer in always striving for more, but I’ve come to learn too that every now and again you have to stop to appreciate exactly how far you’ve come. You’ll be surprised at how much of a boost it provides!
I’ve been living in leather pants this Autumn/Winter. They’re warm, easy to wear and really do go with just about everything! I wore this exact outfit to a job interview/meeting a few years ago (which ended up opening so many doors for me) so it’s one of those outfits I always love re-styling.
This week is a busy one as Nessa & I are preparing for our next Steal My Style event in Galway. For all the details, check out our event page Here. Also, don’t forget that there’s just a few more days to enter my Boohoo Giveaway. I’m so excited to see who the lucky winner is!
Hope you all had a lovely weekend!
I love the 70’s vibe to this look.
