The Summer Shoes I Can’t Stop Wearing

The Summer Shoes I Can’t Stop Wearing

Happy Monday everyone and July for that matter. Can you believe it’s July already? This Summer is truly flying by and speaking of Summer, it has finally arrived here in New York. The rain has finally stopped and this past weekend was SO hot! My Summer wardrobe is finally in use and there is one item (or two should I say) that I can’t stop wearing …. loafers! It’s funny because I haven’t been much of a loafer girl in the past but a few months ago I got this pair from River Island (which are sadly sold out now) and I’ve found myself living in them ever since. They are that perfect shoe that is comfy to walk around in but still look dressy. I’ve been wearing them a lot with jeans, dresses & even while traveling (the slip on is very handy for security). So much so that I’m now really tempted to invest in this Gucci pair.

In saying that, today I’m dedicating a full post to loafers including the best options online right now. I’ve linked a mixture of affordable and some more expensive pairs so there should be an option for you whether you are looking for something to wear for the Summer of looking to invest. I hope you spot a pair you like. :)

This black pair from H&M caught my eye – a really great option if you don’t want to splurge on the Gucci pair. I also found this pair that look super similar to my River Island ones. I love these simple white loafers too – they look so chic and would go with a lot I can imagine. They have a soft back too so you can also wear them as slip on’s which is super handy. They come in this nice beige colour as well. And lastly these white slip on’s are such good value.

I hope you enjoyed this little round up of my go-to Summer shoes right now. Definitely let me know your favourite pair in the comments! :)

x Erika
