I’m back in Ireland and finally getting a chance to share some of the outfits I wore during New York Fashion Week. I know some people tend to go a little crazy and over the top when it comes to Fashion Week style, but personally, I like to keep it in line with the outfits I actually wear on a regular basis. You all know I love black and white, so I started the week off on a B&W note featuring one of my favourite pieces in my wardrobe – the stripe culottes from Karen Millen. Unfortunately, as far as I can see they are now sold out, but I had a look and found some similar options here, here & here. I remember being so scared of culottes seeing as I’m a little on the shorter side, but as time has gone by and I’ve styled a few pairs, I’m now in LOVE! I just think they are such an easy piece to wear and immediately make you feel ‘dressed up’. The black top I’m wearing is from a new brand I’ve discovered called ‘Chelsea and Walker’ (they sell in Bloomingdales in NYC) and I accessorized with black heels, my Givenchy Bag & Celine sunglasses. The classic pieces in my wardrobe just never let me down no matter what time of year or event I’m off to!

It’s been so so nice to be back home these past few days! I don’t know what it is, but it just brings a sense of calm to me. I’ve been back in my little home office here in Kerry working on lots of new things and then next week, I’m going to be in Cork AND Dublin doing events. On Monday, I’ll be at the Cork International Hotel at 7pm doing a fun meet-up and on Thursday, I’ll be in Arnotts from 6-9pm celebrating the launch of NYX in their beauty hall.
