Last weekend on snapchat (retroflame1), I showed you guys some new bits & pieces I got from (Irish brand) My Shining Armour...& WOW, you all seemed to absolutely love them! I got so many questions about the different items and a lot of you showed me snaps of your final shopping bags (oops, haha!) so I’m extra excited to show you everything in more detail in this post. Something which will never change for me is my love for promoting Irish brands and especially brands founded by entrepreneurial, ambitious & inspiring women. I’ve followed, Nicki, the owner of My Shining Armour for a while now and it’s so great to see her brand go from strength to strength. There’s nothing I love more than seeing hard-working people do well. So when she got in touch asking if I wanted to choose some items – of course, I said yes!

Kitty Statement Necklace // Talk is Chic Note Cards // Makeup Pouch // Gisele Ring

I chose a mix of jewellery, stationery & makeup pouches and I am so so happy with everything. I’m not usually one for statement necklaces here in New York, but the beautiful Kitty one really caught my eye! How amazing would this look with all black over Christmas? I also got the Karma Necklace which I LOVE! I’m such a big believer in Karma and the fact that everything that goes around, comes around – so I feel that by wearing this every day, it’s a nice reminder. Unfortunately, since last weekend it actually sold out but Nicki has let me know that it will be back in stock soon. These delicate arrow necklaces are also stunning. There was a big selection of makeup pouches to choose from but I just had to get the ‘Better to arrive late than ugly‘ one. Story of my life, haha! And then I also got some Kate Spade ‘Talk is Chic’ note cards which I can’t wait to use. I always love sending/receiving letters so these will be perfect. …& finally, I saved my favourite item for last. I am SO happy to have the Kate Spade large agenda back in my life! These are the absolute best. When I showed you everything on snapchat, I definitely got the most questions about this and I can see why. I used to have the gold polka dot one and genuinely used it every single day, so I can’t wait to starting using this black & white striped version. It suits my little bedroom-office space perfectly! And I have some good news….seeing as you all seemed to LOVE this on snapchat, I’m GIVING AWAY one of these exact same agendas on my Instagram.
