Anthropologie Sleeveless Knit // Oversized White Shirt // Aritzia Leather Leggings (Similar)
French Connection Boots // Chloe Elle Bag // Celine Sunglasses
I went into Anthropologie a few weeks ago here in New York, to get a present for someone (their home section is amazing) and ended up leaving with this beige sleeveless knit. It was a ‘saw it, had to have it’ kind of situation. This is one of my favourite colours to wear with my hair colour and I absolutely love the sleeveless style. Sleeveless knitwear is definitely a big trend this season and I’m now on the hunt for a polo neck version. What do you think of this grey one? I’m also in the process of building up my black ankle boot collection and these patent ones are the newest addition to my wardrobe. I love anything with a pointed-toe.

Lately, as things have started to get busier than ever, I’ve really had to learn how to say no to certain things. These things could be events, work projects, trips…often things that are very fun. But something which I’ve really learned this past year is to only take on things that my heart is fully involved in. I’ve always been a ‘do it right or don’t do it all’ kind of person and I think that this is something which will never change. When I was younger, I was really involved in sports and I honestly always look back on those years and know that that’s where I learned to be disciplined and I guess, a little competitive. Whether it was long distance running, a club football game or a random game of rounders during P.E – I was in it to win it. Haha! When your heart is fully in something, it changes everything. So now before I say to yes to anything, I always ask myself if it’s something I truly want to do. And if not, I’m now confident enough to say no. Yes, there’s FOMO involved from time to time, but honestly, once you begin to 100% love the things you do, life is a lot more straight-forward and in turn, a lot more productive.
Hope you’ve all been having a great week!

The sleeveless knit is such a lovely piece, definitely a great purchase! Can’t agree more that it’s important to put your heart into a project fully for it to be successful :)!
