Asos Off-The-Shoulder Jumper via LYST (Also in Blue, Red & White – I went a size up) // River Island Trousers (Similar
Asos Heels // ROC Eyewear Sunglasses (Similar) // Daniel Wellington Watch // Lauryn Rose Ring
I don’t know if you guys have noticed, but I have a slight obsession with anything that is off the shoulder. At this stage, I think I already have 3 or 4 dresses/tops in this style and I just recently added this off the shoulder rib jumper into the mix. I love it! You are not going to believe me but I’m not really an impulse shopper – I always have to think things through for ages. But when I was browsing through a site called LYST and spotted this – I couldn’t resist. It also comes in blue, red & white. Oh and if you happen to check out LYST – definitely test out their GIF maker. So fun!

Lately for work and just for personal work, I’ve had to do a lot of research into blogs. This is something I absolutely love doing and I’ve definitely discovered some fantastic new finds. I’ll always have the blogs that I check religiously but there’s no better feeling than discovering a new one which you love too. Personally, I love fashion blogs which add a little story to each (outfit) post. Here on Retro Flame, I nearly always add in a quote to my posts and then discuss a topic around it. It’s often my favourite part of putting the post together. Writing doesn’t always come naturally to me but once I get into the swing of it, I often just can’t stop! I read several blogs which delve a little more into the writing side and my favorites at the moment are Frassy, Coral & Cognacs, Not Your Standard & The Chriselle Factor. I’m always excited when they have a new post and these ladies have such an amazing way with words.
Of course, I also read a lot of style blogs which usually just post outfit pictures. The ones that provide most inspiration for me right now are; Happily Grey, Five Inch & Up (I’ve only recently become obsessed), A Fashion Fix, The Spicy Stiletto (love her New York aesthetic), and Margo & Me. There are definitely more that I’m forgetting but these are the ones that always spring to mind. Let me know if you have any other good blogs to recommend?
Have an amazing weekend!
