As things were so busy just before I moved to New York, I didn’t really have loads of time to do fashion week shopping. So I dug out the go-to reliables from my wardrobe & restyled them into new outfits. One of my very favourite pieces is this pleated skirt from H&M. I have it 3 or 4 years now & you’ll definitely have seen me wear it so many times here on Retro Flame! As it’s such a striking piece, it really doesn’t need much fuss, so it’s a very easy item to wear. I kept it simple by pairing it will all black. This black crop top is also a current favourite & I also haven’t stopped wearing these black strappy sandals.
In yesterday’s post, I shared all the details about NYFW Day 1 and Day 2 was definitely just as busy! I also told you guys who I’ve been working with, so be sure to check out the post incase you missed it. The highlights of Day 2 were The Saunder Show at the Hub, meeting my very favourite blogger Kristina Bazan and ending the night at a really cool event on the Rooftop of the Standard Hotel (a must-visit!). The photos above are from my Instagram @retroflame.
Thank you all SO much for the lovely comments & messages about my job with Olivia. It’s honestly so nice to have such amazing support & I appreciate every single comment :)
Hope you’ve all had a lovely start to your week,
