“Life is either a darling adventure, or nothing at all.” -Helen Keller
This week, I spent a few days in Dublin with Tommy. My visit began with a beautiful Christmas lunch at The Coppinger Row hosted by Alex and Ani. I had heard so much about this very popular brand and was so delighted to finally see the bracelets in person. We even got a gift of two bracelets for ourselves which I absolutely adore (keep an eye on my Instagram (@retroflame) for photos). Before our dessert, the lovely Anouska Proetta Brandon took these outfit photos for me. The good thing about going to Dublin is getting to catch up with my blogger friends that live there and Anouska is always kind enough to take photos for me when I visit. I just love her style of photography! After the lunch, I made a start on some Christmas Shopping, which didn’t exactly go to plan. I get so easily distracted and I just ended up buying some bit & pieces for myself instead! Please tell me that the same thing happens to some of you? As it was quite a busy day of travelling and running around, I kept my outfit very comfortable. I have been living in polo necks (I’m obsessed) and also this long Leather Gilet from Boohoo which is just so handy for layering.
On Friday morning, I made a very quick trip to Dundrum Shopping Centre to visit Coast -where I found a beautiful pair of blue and gold heels. I’ll also post a picture of these on my Instagram during the week. I then met with the lovely Nessa before our photo shoot with Stellar Magazine and squeezed in some time to get Frozen Yogurt in George’s Arcade. You may have guessed at this stage that I am fro-yo obsessed after my Summers in New York, so it’s always top of my to-do list to get some while I’m in Dublin – as it’s the only place that has it in Ireland. The Stellar Shoot was very fun and I’m excited to see the end result in next months issue. It really was such a good few days :)
Hope you’re all having a lovely weekend!
