“Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall.” -F. Scott Fitzgearld
It may have something to do with my hair colour, but I absolutely love shooting outfit pictures in areas full of fallen leaves and autumnal colours. This forest is just 5 minutes away from my house and I really can’t believe I’ve never thought to shoot there before. Autumn is my favourite season for fashion and it’s sad to think that it’s coming to an end. For me, every season is a chance to make a fresh new start and Autumn, especially, always seems like my January. It’s usually a time where I, like many of you, begin a brand new chapter (school, college, work) and I love that it provides a chance to re-invent your wardrobe once again. I’ve been living in black skinny jeans, stylish flats, lots of hats (as usual) and have been layering with comfy knits, crisp white shirts and oversized jackets/blazers.
I thrifted this green coat last year in Galway and only found it at the back of my wardrobe this weekend. It really was an amazing find! And speaking of good finds -how cool are my new flats from ebay? Ive been admiring the Miu Miu version for some time now so I am over the moon with these ones. Unfortunately they were the last pair, but I’ve included some similar versions in the links above -just scroll to the right to see them.
Let’s hope the Winter is just as interesting!
